💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the product
All paid features on Astroexperiment (Premium Report, Correct Your Name, Choose Best Mobile Number, and similar) are digital services delivered instantly as an unlock code. Because the report/suggestion is generated and delivered digitally right after payment, these purchases are generally non-refundable once the unlock code has been issued and used.
2. When a refund may apply
A refund or replacement may be provided if:
- Payment was successfully deducted but no unlock code was received
- The unlock code provided did not work due to a technical error on our end
- You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake
3. How to request a refund
Contact us within 7 days of payment at theastroexperiment@gmail.com with your payment reference / transaction ID and a short description of the issue. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Cancellations
Since reports are generated instantly on payment, there is no "order" to cancel before delivery. If you change your mind before completing payment, simply close the payment window — you will not be charged.
